I keep getting told I have to wait til 10 day period has finished and then this sooo called payment team will escalate! I have asked this multiple times and no one at live chats will assist.
Today is now the 10th October and this morning I spoke to the int team at kiwibank and was advised swift have no details about my withdrawal and to ask casino for more info (MT103) code. I confirmed with live chat all details were correct, confirmed no documents were needed. Nothing from this so called payment team! So on the 27th I received an email stating withdrawal had been processed via bank transfer and would take a 10 working days to arrive. I was again told to wait 😶😶🤨 until payment had been received by casino and payment team will contact me. Once I had confirmation from my bank I went back to live chat and advised. So I first put my withdrawal request through and was told the usual 48 hours spiel (Btw its a minimum of 48 hours 🥴🙄) and because of the amount ( another fyi deposits into Visa Debit with Kiwibank NZ are max $5k) it was rejected on the same evening. October 19th I won a substantial amount over 10k yaay me right. I am currently at day 9 awaiting a withdrawal.
